I'm done!!!!!!!!! I cannot believe that I did it. Throughout this class I learned a lot of web resources that I can never imagine that they are just a "click" away. I enjoyed a lot and although it was time consuming, it worth it!!! I will be able to keep searching, exploring and most important, to use a lot of this tools in my professional and personal live. I've been sitting on my computer since I got from my vacations and I can tell that I never imagine that I would become "technological addictive". I will go forward to the 2.1 as soon as it open! Thanks a lot for the chance!

I didn't find a lot of excitement on the e-books but I found a clip of a guy on a playing on a pool table and as he hit the two blue balls (Hydrogen) with a white ball (Oxygen) he got water. I found through the podcast sites some interesting things about science. I have iTunes on my computer and I am becoming an up to date mom downloading music, videos, movies and some episodes from our favorite TV shows. Knowing about this podcast sites will give me the chance to explore different things that I can use with my students and my kids!!!!!! This is time consuming and once you start, you can't stop!

I was familiar with You Tube because of my children. I think that as a Chemistry teacher I will find some interesting things to use with my students but also, we need to be very careful with the use of this application. There are a lot of unwanted things and some others things that are not appropriate for teenagers.Among the Chemistry videos I found one about a cat inside a microwave!!!!! You don't want to show that to your students! Also, there are some ugly videos degrading teacher's work. But at last, you don't need to tell your students or children to search something on You Tube; you can do it yourself and just show it to them!!!! I like most the things that I saw while I was searching and also it makes me go back to the 85's when I was a 9th grader!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a lot of fun trying to remember all the books that I have read. Because I used to read i Spanish, it was quite difficult, not to search, but to find the authors. I will keep searching and updating my library. After Chemistry and Math, reading is my other passion!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know the invitation key to post on the Teacher Lounge or Curriculum Sandbox. As soon as I get them I will post somethings on there because this class is driving me crazy!!!!!!!! I've never imagine that I will learn a lot just sitting by my computer with a cup of coffee!!!!!!!!!!

Never imagine that I will find this types of tools on the web. It's amazing!!!!!!!!!!! A wonderful way to let our students access the web and look for tools that are really useful. I love this place and I think that I will tell my students to qrite their labs reports in here and then just send them. Less papers to carry home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that I knew some things about wiki, but going through some of the different ones presented in this activity,oh my gosh, there's a lot that you can do. I will explore a lot more about wiki because I will like to create one for my class. I will like to see all the ideas that my students have to share and working together we can create an exceptional place for other chemistry students!

This activity was overwhelming!!!! I found and learned a lot of things about Copyright that were so interesting!!!! I love the Fairy Tail explanation about copyright at You Tube and the explanation about CC. There are a lot of interesting things about CC that teachers, students and parents can use to make a research and present their work! Also, you don't have to pay anymore or wait 14 years for a work to be public!!!!!

Technorati offers a lot of useful resouces and a lot of interesting post. After 1 month of vacations in my country PR,I'm excited to be back learning how to sharp my skills to help my students.

After exploring Del.icio.us and created an account, I found that this site is an interesting one to search and to use as a recomended site for the students. It has a lot of supplemental material and I will use it to materialize one of my dreams: to create an exhibition of the periodic table of elements using cubes.

I was able to set a search using Rollyo. Wow!!!! I found a lot of ideas to be used with my General Chemistry Students!!!!!!!

After exploring different sites, I realize that I'm not that bad at technology as I thought. Also I found some places where you can search and download activities for the classroom as .Docstoc. I joined Classroom 2.0 at Ning and I will be up to date of articles, researches and professional developing activities through the web!!!!! I save a lot of sites on my computer to use them as a reference or enrichment activities with my students.

It was easy to set up the Google reader. My home page in my personal computer is Google and now I am able to be update with the things that I like. I will try to do the same with Blogger!!!!!!!

Oh my God!! This places are addictive. I spent the whole week going through them and I created a map of my travels. I still need to find how to add the Caribbean and Latin America,but I will!!! The resources on those sites are incredible, we just need imagination!!!!

It is so weird how sometimes we set aside time for insignificant things and we forget that learning and education are the only things in life that we keep with us until we die. Among my goals are to finish this course in the least amount of time and keep going with other technology courses; set aside my time, out of my job, my daily routines. I thinks that my hardest habit is to find time. I love to study and learn so the rest on them are easy for me!
